Care & Use Instructions
Heat
Remove the therapy insert from the outer cover before heating.
Heat in 30-second intervals, gently kneading the insert between intervals.
Do not exceed 90 seconds total.
Always test temperature carefully before use.
Cold
Place the therapy insert in a clean, dry bag and chill until cool to the touch.
Use as desired for cooling relaxation.
