Refund policy
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thejapanharvestfarm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, or personal preference, as individual skin responses vary.
