Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Angus Harvest Farm is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Angus Harvest Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at thejapanharvestfarm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
